Assets included in this site are meant to help others achieve their Visions [see the play there ;)], so the rules on what can and cannot be fair use are pretty relaxed.
The final product this asset is used for must be in Unreal Engine (4 or 5). You can adjust and alter the asset in external programs but aren’t able to export, render, or otherwise use the asset in any capacity other than to modify it for later use in Unreal Engine in any program other than Unreal Engine.
Assets with this License Terms have aspects that are sourced using Quixel Bridge Unreal Engine License. And therefore are only meant to be used for Unreal Engine.
If you wish to use this asset freely without UE Restrictions, please go to Quixel Bridge, purchase an unlimited license, and download the included Quixel Sourced assets yourself. Doing so under the Quixel License that enables usage in other programs will allow you to use this asset in any program as the restrictions exist with Quixel, not us.
Description
Part of Simply Simple Foliage Version One. Contains one tree mesh. Compatible with the SSF Pine Pack Master Material (If You already have it in Unreal Engine, you only need the UE Asset/FBX file, as they share the same master material with other trees of the same pack). Nanite is enabled. This tree does not come with LOD’s preconfigured, only pivot painter foliage assets. Since this is using Version One of Simply Simple Foliage Materials, Meshes, and Production Pipelines: it is not guaranteed to be compatible or updated to new Simply Simple Foliage Materials or Meshes. Asset can be used in Unreal Engine only (regardless of Version). You can export and import into other programs for fixing, adjusting, or altering this asset only, not for finished product uses; (The final product or intended use needs to be in Unreal Engine).
